Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook and present a variety of caf meals, savoury items and ready-to-serve food products Follow recipes, portion control and workplace procedures Assist with preparation of sandwiches, pies, pastries, fillings and other bakery/caf items Maintain food quality, freshness and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and rotation of ingredients.
