In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s success. You will combine strategic thinking, leadership, and operational expertise to deliver the IWM vision and purpose while achieving the organisation’s mission.
The Executive Director, Governance & Resources will lead our governance and resources strategy and the teams responsible for ensuring the organisation’s operational excellence. Your responsibilities include championing contemporary methodologies, systems and processes to meet IWM’s people, legal and statutory obligations. You will create a client/supplier model to partner support services with other directorates, enabling them to meet strategic goals. You will lead a team of over 130 professionals and be accountable to the Executive Team and Trustees for ensuring IWM fulfils all obligations and fulfils its vision and purpose.
