Culinary Vision & Execution

  • Lead the culinary direction of the resort’s dining program, ensuring every dish reflects quality, consistency, and creativity

  • Design and evolve menus that celebrate fresh ingredients, seasonal inspiration, and guest expectations

  • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, flavour, and execution across all services

    • Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations including preparation, service, ordering, and inventory management

  • Manage food costs and supplier relationships while maintaining quality and efficiency
