On behalf of our client, Interchange Recycling , we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to join their team in Victoria, BC in a part-time temporary role supporting a maternity leave coverage.

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team while helping coordinate day‑to‑day office operations and employee support activities. This role works closely with the Manager, Corporate Services and external consultants to support scheduling, communications, onboarding coordination, office administration, and HR‑related processes. As a proactive, highly organized individual, your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will support a team of employees and contractors whose work is focused on environmental responsibility and sustainability.
