Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The EA will provide administrative support and coordination activities for a team of people, including 2 Vice Presidents. This role will have extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, and will be performing a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.
What will you do?

  • Manages and maintains calendars, coordinates meetings, conferences and travel arrangements for the Executive.
  • Acts as the Executive’s delegate for email during absences, handles and forwards issues, prioritizing for VP’s action upon return. Researches and responds to routine inquiries and requests.
  • Prepares material needed for daily schedules and meeting bookings
  • Develops communications, meeting / conference materials, forms, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other record-keeping databases.
