We are a growing and dynamic organization and as we continue to grow we are seeking and exception Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer.

This is a full-time, five (5) day per week in-office position based in Markham, Ontario. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site and become an integral part of our daily operations and leadership team.

This is not a traditional administrative role.

We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive professional who can think independently, solve problems, manage priorities, and operate as a true extension of leadership.
