Position Overview

BDC is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The ideal candidate is creative and enjoys working in a stimulating, mission-driven, results-oriented, and diversity-focused environment. They demonstrate sound judgment, possess strong written and verbal communication, coordination, and organizational skills, and are able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple calendars and support the onboarding of new employees.
• Submit requests related to access rights and IT services.
• Manage supplies, travel arrangements, and mail.
• Organize complex meetings and team events across stakeholders, time zones, and external guests.
• Prepare meeting agendas and ensure follow-up on action items for CMO leadership meetings, finance leadership meetings, and other management meetings.
