The Role

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to help build and run the operating cadence of a rapid-moving early-stage company. You will work directly with the CEO on a daily basis, with broad ownership over scheduling, communications, internal coordination, and the tooling that supports it all.

This role is ideal for an early-career operator who has already supported a senior leader at a startup or fast-paced environment, who is comfortable with modern tools and AI, and who wants real operating exposure inside a growing company.
