The Role:
We are hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving international founder alongside the lead EA.
This is not a traditional assistant role. There is no fixed scope. If it affects the Principal’s life or businesses, it will fall on your plate. Problems appear daily, and the expectation is that you move fast, take initiative, and drive issues to resolution without waiting for direction. Many situations will require judgment and independent decision-making under uncertainty. You will be expected to make operational decisions independently when risk is low and escalate only when necessary. This role requires a high level of trust, discretion, and professionalism.
