Provide support by composing and editing a variety of documents, including, but not limited to, highly confidential correspondence, contracts, proposals, invoices, filing, and coding expense reports
Support the VPs in a professional manner as required, providing appropriate responses and delivering messages, when necessary, as well as coordinate with other internal business units

Assist with meeting preparation by confirming locations, attendance and advance documentation, including details of invitations, catering, locations, distribution of event information and gifts or handouts, updating guest lists annually
