High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- 4+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
The Executive Assistant will be a key player of the team with the opportunity to take on special initiatives with increased responsibility to step-up and implement employee engagement programs to enhance the inclusivity and motivation of the entire team.
Key job responsibilities
- Management of complex frequently changing Directors' calendar and must be able to schedule across multiple calendars
- Manage ad hoc domestic and international travel
- Be a trusted advisor and thought partner for Directors as well as proactively suggest recommendations on process improvement as needed
- Manage expense reports
- Collaborate with other EA's for ad hoc morale and team building activities.
