About This Opportunity

Be a key player in the executive office by taking on the Executive Assistant role at Wikwemikong Health Centre. Engage in scheduling, correspondence, and coordination for the Primary Care Team.
In this role, you will support the Associate Director and the team by managing calendars, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication flow. Your tasks will also include document handling and providing a professional image while interacting with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will excel in detail-oriented tasks and possess strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly support all members of the Primary Care Team
• Maintain work schedules and appointments
• Facilitate logistics for meetings and workshops
• Screen calls, emails, and visitors to the executive office
• Prepare presentations and draft reports
