About This Opportunity

Advance your professional journey with CALU as an Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator. Located in downtown Ottawa, support governance and efficient office operations.

This role focuses on high-level support for the President & CEO while coordinating multiple administrative functions. Ideal candidates possess at least five years of related experience and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for organizing meetings, maintaining records, and supporting governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
