TSG Staffing Services is currently recruiting for an EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR for a Fort McKay area-based opportunity to work in an office environment.
Job Description:
Full support to the President and Council, such as taking notes of meetings, transcribing MS Teams meeting recordings into minutes, document control and other various other duties
Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and email
Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and records
Ensure that documentation is organized, up-to-date, and accessible
Ability to coordinate and manage office processes with inputs from multiple sources
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Perform data entry and scan documents
Job Requirements:
5+ years of executive administration with Governance experience would be beneficial
