What you’ll do:

Provide technical customer support including problem replication / resolution

Experience in dealing with in-house and/or external end customers

Functional system level testing and validation of Software and Hardware

Collaborate with development team to plan tests through product design cycle

Generate and follow-up with defects tracked in a project management database

Work with multiple teams and departments across the company to validate solutions

Create and update test procedures and conformance forms, help update product documentation

Maintain Lab testing equipment and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

Assist with demo preparation

Help identify, define, and design improvements for the product line
