As part of the Meetings & Conventions team, you will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager. Your role will involve critical administrative tasks that aid business development, including venue procurement and event logistics support. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure client requirements are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Support bid book development and administrative processes • Assist clients from initial contact to event day • Collaborate with Calgary suppliers for event coordination • Update and manage the client database systematically • Analyze market trends and economic impacts in reporting
