Our client within professional development requires a Event Operations Associate to join their Member Services team. This role supports the EOC in implementing strategies related to events, communications, and membership. The position requires strong attention to detail and involves a range of technical and administrative responsibilities. Key tasks include managing the end-to-end process of event creation, including setting up events in the backend, testing systems for functionality, and ensuring all event-related materials are accurate and complete. The role also involves reviewing and proofreading communications and content for consistency and quality. Additional responsibilities include tracking media hits, maintaining the content of the Shared Resource Tool (SRT) and job board, and assisting the MSS with assembling and sending new member kits.
