About This Opportunity

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the event Sales within the Sales & Marketing Division and Food and Beverage. The Event Concierge serves as the primary liaison between the guest, the Banquet Operations team, and supporting departments during events. This role ensures that all guest requests and event details are executed seamlessly and that the service experience reflects the hotel’s five-star standards. The Event Concierge provides personalized and proactive service throughout the event, ensuring a smooth flow of operations and guest satisfaction.


  • Min. 1 years work experience in a hotel or larger operations: preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
  • Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.

  • Excellent in English (both verbal and written).
