Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for new Fleet Manager Intern (Weekends).
Responsibilities
Responsible to assist drivers as a primarily roll, via phone or messages and assist our customers.
Internal communication with Fleet Managers and other departments.
Responsible to deliver our loads safe and on time.
Qualifications
Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
Providing resolutions to problems in a time-effective manner
Attention to detail
Ability to adapt
Problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
Ability to manage multiple operating systems
Ability with software systems
