Estimator Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Preliminary Budget Assessment complete with project statistics, scope preparation and summary
• Review schematic drawings analysis and provide key notes
• Conduct site and neighborhood analysis
• Attend site visits and meetings, as directed
• Manage all Class D to Class A estimating activities during pre-construction
• Work closely with the Manager and PM team to produce well prepared cost plans (estimates, scopes, VE, schedule, risk analysis, variance reports)
• Coordinate and participate in constructability review sessions with the Manager PM and Site Super and take minutes
