• Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 annually (Negotiable) / $80 to $100 hours bi-weekly
• Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time

Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
• Operate CADD and other computer software systems
• Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects
• Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms
• Utilize quantity take-off procedures
• Analyze tenders and recommend awards
• Estimate materials, tools and equipment required for projects...
