Alberici Constructors Ltd. is seeking a Preconstruction Estimator to join our growing team! This role is responsible for managing the estimating process for assigned projects and supporting preconstruction efforts across a variety of sectors.

About The Role

The Preconstruction Estimator is responsible for managing the estimating process for assigned projects or for portions of a project requiring special expertise. This role works closely with the owner, design consultant and project manager to prepare cost plans, undertake value engineering, complete cost saving exercises and develop the project budget. The Preconstruction Estimator will follow ACL estimating and quality procedures and adhere to the Alberici Subcontractor Fairness Policy.
