Job Summary

Position: Estimator, Commercial/Residential Roofing Division. This role prepares estimates, performs take‑offs, coordinates pricing and materials, and collaborates with sales and construction teams to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all parts of an estimate and perform site take‑offs.
• Gather plans, specs, and dimensions, and forward data to the estimating team.
• Generate estimates for commercial and residential roofing and exterior cladding projects, ensuring compliance with provincial and municipal building regulations.
• Interpret architectural plans and specifications, handling technical questions from architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Maintain current and accurate pricing and manage the material costing database.
• Adjust quotations for price changes and document lead times to meet delivery dates.
