About the Role Netsync Managed Services is seeking an Enterprise Network Engineer I (L1) to join our Enterprise Networking team in Houston, TX. The L1 Engineer will focus on initial troubleshooting, monitoring alerts, ticket management, and customer communication, while working closely with senior engineers to resolve more complex issues.
