About the Team and the Role

The Engineering Systems Tools team owns and evolves the enterprise developer platform that powers engineering collaboration, delivery, and governance across the organization. We manage and improve critical tools such as GitHub and Atlassian Jira, ensuring they are secure, scalable, coordinated, and optimized for developer efficiency.

We are looking for a Software Developer who combines strong technical expertise in enterprise application development and administration with a focus on delivering valuable solutions. In this role, you will build and customize platforms such as GitHub and Jira, shape their roadmap, improve user experience, and drive adoption across engineering teams.
