Rise to the challenge with TeamViewer as an Enterprise Account Manager, driving customer expansion and retention across a $4M ARR portfolio. This remote role focuses on meaningful customer adoption and accurate renewals. You’ll manage roughly 100 existing enterprise accounts in the Northeast. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in Account Management or Customer Success, particularly in B2B SaaS, where they’ve thrived on retention and expansion targets. Your proactive approach will ensure all accounts are nurtured, with a keen eye on future growth opportunities.
