Purpose & Summary

The Enrolment Advisor, Graduate Programs is responsible for achieving assigned enrolment goals by actively recruiting, advising, and supporting prospective students across TWU’s graduate learner programs. The Advisor guides students through each stage of the admissions process, ensuring a professional, responsive, and mission-centered experience. This role engages prospective students through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, text, video conferencing, and in-person events. The Enrolment Advisor provides tailored guidance on academic programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid while representing TWU with excellence and authenticity.
