The Withdrawal Unit at Triple Care Farm provides a 10-bed residential drug and alcohol program for young people aged between 16-24 years. The detox program is maximum of 28 days and integrates medical support with a psychosocial rehabilitation. This program also includes up to six months aftercare support upon program completion.

You will provide holistic nursing care support to young people in a safe and supportive environment. You will work within a plan of care under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Drive and sustain the delivery of high quality nursing care with the nursing team
• Follow the nursing care plan in delivering direct care activities for residents
• Support the Registered Nurse in actioning resident care interventions
• Assist in referrals of severe and complex withdrawals/emergencies...
