Qualified individuals will possess good people skills and a strong background in TDM and IP based telephony, messaging and/or call center deployment experience.

Outstanding customer service and efficiency are important aspects of this position. Essential functions and basic duties consist of being responsible for the efficiency of professional services implementations by measuring the amount of hours and deployment time it takes to achieve the goal of a successful installation.
