To drive new product introduction for PSBU (Cable Harness) leading a team comprising of Engineer and Asst Engineer or GET

Our Team

Coordinate with GSM, Product Marketing, MIE/Process Engineering, Sourcing and All Manufacturing related departments’ customers, Suppliers (Whenever applicable)

What You Will Do

  • Process owner for multiple accounts& lead new product development for those given accounts through CFT via Product development cycle.
  • Participate in customer call related to the project irrespective of time zone
  • Review VOC to determine the feasibility followed by developing the Concept / Technical Specification
  • Lead and guide the team in Design Reviews & participate in pFMEA, Design for Manufacturability reviews.
  • Evaluate samples and remove constraints if there is any in case of new process coming in way
  • Visit customer along with GSM and Product marketing team to participate in tec...
