This role is responsible for process engineering, new product launches, equipment optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Engineering Manager leads cross‑functional teams to deliver results across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while supporting key initiatives such as DCPD transfer and sustaining Power Sports operations.
