We are seeking a senior, multidisciplinary leader to define the architecture, roadmap, and vision for Neon’s internal AI Platform. This role can be a hands‑on Staff Engineer or a management position, depending on the candidate’s profile and expertise. The AI Platform is the cornerstone of our strategy to deliver on Neon’s core mission: paving a path to a better financial future for Brazilians by enabling teams to build, deploy, and operate impactful AI applications.
