Engineering Co‑op – Johnson Electric. Location: Ancaster, ON, Canada (onsite). Salary: $22‑$24 per hour. Full‑time day shift. Co‑op position. No relocation or travel.
Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of standardized work instructions and other Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with Johnson Electric Production Systems and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, all company policies and industry standards.
Interact with production operators, technicians and other key resources to aid documentation, standardization and improvement of processes.
Assist and create mechanical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
Create and update work instructions, tooling documents and other procedural materials.
Maintain the PM system and conduct PMs on fixtures.
