+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consumer research, R&D, and engineering. + Compile and evaluate research on future product requirements. + Identify enhancements to current products. + Assist the product development team in testing strategies, including pricing, product design, marketing, advertising, and packaging.
**Knowledge & Skill Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent years of experience in a similar industry). + One year of related experience preferred. + Strong written and oral communication skills. + Proficient PC skills.
