Become a part-time Brand Ambassador with AEO and help create amazing shopping experiences! Your role is pivotal in connecting with guests and enhancing brand loyalty daily.
As a Senior Brand Ambassador, you will represent AEO's values while engaging customers and assisting with their shopping needs. You will learn and apply the AEO Selling Model, provide product knowledge, and seamlessly transition between various store areas. Your friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills will be key in ensuring a positive atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests with a friendly approach using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide detailed information about AE and Aerie products
• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty program
• Assist in Salesfloor, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest issues while following company protocols
