In this part-time role, you are the face of AEO, guiding customers through their shopping journey. Your commitment to customer service, alongside your knowledge of AE and Aerie products, will help you build lasting relationships. Flexibility is key, as you’ll collaborate with teams in different store zones while addressing guest needs proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests with the AEO Selling Model
• Provide product suggestions for AE and Aerie
• Introduce and inform about the AEO loyalty program
• Adapt to various roles from Salesfloor to Stockroom
• Solve guest problems while maintaining brand policies

Requirements:
• Retail experience preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old
