Serve as the primary point of contact for Lifestyle Spending and Tuition members, providing support via email and phone while meeting SLAs and KPIs
Process system-generated tickets efficiently, ensuring accurate updates to member plans, payments, and enrollments
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams, clients, and participants
Consistently meet daily production metrics and team goals while embodying our CARE values
Identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and provide feedback to operations leadership
