This full-time position is dedicated to ensuring the successful adoption of clinical support tools and patient recruitment initiatives across a portfolio of clinics. You will work closely with the Director of Clinic Transformation, providing essential feedback and advocacy for clinic staff and physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the execution of clinical programs in selected clinics
• Manage physician onboarding and ongoing program participation
• Serve as the primary contact for clinic staff and physicians
• Educate on AI-driven clinical decision support tools
