Opportunity to lead campus utilities and operations as Energy, Supply, and Operations Manager at Acadia University.
General Responsibilities
Reports to the General Manager.
Manage, forecast and report on all aspects of utilities on campus and communicate with client on a regular basis.
Responsible for all purchasing and inventory, providing recommendations on products and prices for all departments in accordance to the Sodexo compliance program.
Manage the payroll program and ensure that all procedures are followed, all records are up to date (Vacation, sick time, lieu time etc…), and that payroll is 100% accurate.
