We are looking for freelance EUC L1 / Smart Hands Support Engineers to provide on demand onsite IT support for customer location. This is a ticket-based and dispatch support role, ideal for independent IT field engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite Smart Hands and L1 EUC support.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic break/fix activities.
Support IMACD tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose).
Assist with network connectivity and basic cabling tasks.
Provide remote hands support for senior technical teams.
Update tickets, document work performed, and share site reports/photos when required.
Coordinate with remote support teams and follow project SOPs.
Required Skills
Experience in EUC / Desktop Support / Smart Hands roles.
