In this pivotal hybrid role, you'll oversee EMR administration, configuration, and user training across our multiple medspa locations. You will be responsible for migrating data from legacy systems into Zenoti, managing clinic onboarding, and resolving EMR-related issues. Collaboration with the IT Support and Operations teams will be key in supporting our clinics effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Administer and configure Zenoti across all clinic sites • Lead data migrations from legacy EMR systems into Zenoti • Provide user training on EMR workflows and best practices • Develop training materials and documentation for staff • Identify and implement process optimizations within EMR setups
