As an Employment Counsellor, you will assess and develop individual client service plans while coordinating with community services to optimize job placements. Your role encompasses interviewing clients, advocating for their needs, and utilizing local labour market insights for effective case management. You will also play a vital part in promoting community partnerships for enhanced service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessments and referrals to clients
• Develop and implement personalized service plans
• Maintain up-to-date client case files
• Coordinate services with Job Development team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling or Social Services
• Experience in an Employment Ontario or IES setting
