In this vital role, you will perform psychiatric assessments and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. Your focus will be on managing care for pediatric patients experiencing mental health emergencies. You will also develop comprehensive care plans and conduct follow-ups to ensure continuity after Emergency Department visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
• Formulate detailed treatment and care plans
• Engage in crisis intervention and counselling
• Liaise with various community service providers
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or similar
• Two years of experience in child and adolescent mental health
