Your New Role The individual will be responsible for preparing precise electrical estimates, overseeing cost control, and effectively managing electrical contracting projects. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within a budget.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate electrical estimates.
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, equipment, and labour.
Develop cost breakdowns while accounting for material price fluctuations and supply chain factors.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtainpetitive pricing.
