**Your role:**
**Job Responsibilities:** **1. Lifecycle Management (LCM) for electrical/electronic components used in G&B products – Sustaining Engineering**
+ Monitor and mitigate risks related to component obsolescence, compliance changes, and supply chain constraints.
+ Evaluate alternate components, perform component level, PCBA level and Finished Goods level testing & verification and drive qualification and BOM release activities in collaboration with the design and manufacturing teams.
+ Support in executing the relevant activities to achieve cost reduction, Quality & reliability improvement and compliance initiatives across product lines.
+ Ensure smooth transition of design changes into manufacturing with minimal disruption.
+ Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to Philips global standards and regulatory requirements.
