The Opportunity

Shape Something Different – Join our Building/Transportation M&E team as an Engineer in Training (EIT) in our Thornhill office. In this role, you’ll contribute to electrical design for transportation and building projects, working with advanced tools and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical designs and calculations for power distribution, lighting systems, lighting control, fire alarm, and emergency power for transportation projects.
• Develop AutoCAD drawings and Revit 3D models for electrical systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Apply knowledge of Ontario Building Code (OBC), Electrical Safety Authority, and IEEE standards to support design integrity.
