Who We Are

FLYING WHALES is an extraordinary industrial adventure. Today we’re designing, and tomorrow we’ll be building and operating a fleet of LCA60T airships for cargo transport. Capable of loading and unloading up to 60 tonnes of cargo (wind turbine blades, heavy equipment, wood, mobile hospital, etc.) in hovering flight, with a reduced environmental footprint, this transport system is unprecedented.

At FLYING WHALES, we have an ambitious vision that today brings together over 200 pioneers and some 40 partner companies. Pioneers of the 21st century, who every day contribute their desire, passion and know-how to give birth to a new transport solution, but also to an idea. The idea that companies must be able to continue creating links in order to grow.

This is the mission that FLYING WHALES has set itself: to open up isolated regions of the world, while helping to reduce CO2 emissions in the transport sector with a low‑carbon aircraft.
