  • Analizar y gestionar siniestros patrimoniales.

  • Asesoría al cliente al momento del siniestro.

  • Responsable de administrar el registro y archivo del siniestro en el sistema Core, así como control de los casos asignados

  • Elaboración de reportes y/o cuadros mensuales

  • Identificar mejoras continuas en la experiencia del cliente.
