What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with Claims Management vendor on existing claims.
Monitor WCB/WSIB claim timelines, follow up on outstanding documentation, and document all claim‑related communications and updates.
Ensure all required paperwork and documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
Liaise with employees, supervisors, WCB/WSIB representatives, insurers, and healthcare providers to facilitate claim processing, recovery, and return‑to‑work.
Review claim files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legislation and company policy.
