Job Description

The EHR Application Analyst I will assist in the development, support, and functionality roll out of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The role assists the organization in optimizing workflow processes through tailored application building. Responsibilities include learning the EHR system’s capabilities, applying healthcare business workflow knowledge, and implementing a system that meets process needs.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to end‑users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving system errors to ensure uninterrupted use of the EHR system.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and upgrades, to ensure the stability and security of the EHR system.
